The IGI design is based around the use of a high-quality, high-flexibility DeviceNet Thin cable which allows us to carry the RS485 communications pair and the power pair together in a single convenient cable.

Our cables connect to our combined power supply/USB-RS485 interface units via LEMO latching connectors and connect to multiple Brooks Instrument Digital Mass Flow devices via their native D15 connectors. The D15 connectors are daisy-chained together via dual-entry D15 backshells.

Our standard 4 or 8 drop cable for use with our range of combined power and USB-RS485 communications interface units is 3 metres to the first drop, and 0.5 metres between drops.
